This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By downloading or using AustinMetrics, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Information We Do NOT Collect

AustinMetrics does not require account creation and does not collect your name, email address, payment information, precise or approximate location data, device identifiers or advertising IDs, contacts, photos, or biometric data of any kind. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

Information That May Be Collected Automatically : Anonymous Usage Data

Anonymous, aggregated data about how the app is used may be collected to improve performance. This data is not linked to your identity and cannot be used to identify you.

IP Address

​

When you access PDF reports hosted on Google Drive, your IP address may be temporarily logged by Google. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Crash Reports

​

If the app crashes, anonymous diagnostic data may be sent to help us fix issues. This data does not include personal information and is not linked to your identity.

Email Sign-Up (Optional)

 

If you choose to sign up for the Austin Daily Real Estate Briefing, you will voluntarily provide your email address directly to Team Price Real Estate through our signup form at tpre.io/daily. This is entirely optional and not required to use the app. Please refer to teamprice.com/privacy for details on how that information is handled. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

 

How We Use Information

 

Any anonymous usage data we collect is used solely to improve app performance, fix bugs, and understand which features are most useful. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

Third-Party Services

 

AustinMetrics integrates the following third-party services. Each has their own privacy policy governing their data practices:

 

Google Drive & Google Sheets

 

Used to host and serve PDF reports and market data. Google may log access information including IP addresses. See policies.google.com/privacy.

Expo / React Native

 

The app is built using Expo. Expo may collect anonymous crash diagnostics. See expo.dev/privacy.

 

GoHighLevel (GHL)

 

If you sign up for the Daily Briefing, your email is processed by GoHighLevel CRM. See gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy. We require all third-party partners to provide the same or equivalent protection of user data as described in this policy.

 

Data Retention & Deletion

 

Since AustinMetrics does not collect personal information through the app itself, there is no personal data stored by us to retain or delete. Anonymous crash and usage data is retained only as long as necessary to improve the app and is automatically deleted thereafter.

If you signed up for the Daily Briefing email list and wish to have your data deleted, you may: (1) click the unsubscribe link in any email, (2) email us at realestate@teamprice.com with a deletion request, or (3) call us at (512) 213-0213. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

 

Your Privacy Rights

 

Depending on your location, you may have rights including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; the right to withdraw consent; and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at realestate@teamprice.com. Since we collect no personal data through the app, these rights primarily apply to any email data you voluntarily provided for the Daily Briefing.

 

Children's Privacy

 

AustinMetrics is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our app, please contact us immediately at realestate@teamprice.com and we will take steps to remove that information.

 

Data Security

 

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the app and any data involved in its operation. All data transmitted between the app and third-party services uses modern encryption (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

AustinMetrics is operated by Team Price Real Estate, a licensed Texas real estate brokerage (TREC #9002770). All real estate data provided in this app is for informational purposes only. Data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. All information should be independently verified. Nothing in this app constitutes professional real estate, legal, financial, or investment advice.
